Dr Ali Burston (MAPS, PSIOPA) is an AHPRA
Endorsed Organisational Psychologist, Founder
and Global Managing Director of Metisphere.
Ali works with Boards and Executives to enhance
productivity and performance by creating
behavioural change aligned with corporate
strategy, vision and purpose.
Dr Iris Rattley is an AHPRA Endorsed Organisational
Psychologist and Managing Director – Asia Pacific of
Metisphere. Iris has partnered with dozens of
executive teams to enhance effectiveness and
organisational performance. Her background spans
transformative projects across government,
healthcare, aged care, not-for-profit, and defence
sectors.
Dr Vanessa Guthrie AO is an experienced Non-
Executive Director with an executive career spanning
thirty years in the resources sector. Vanessa is Non-
Executive Director of ASX-listed companies Santos Ltd,
Lynas Rare Earths Ltd and Orica Limited and TSX-listed
North American Construction Group. Vanessa is also
Chancellor of Curtin University and is a Director of
Cricket Australia. In 2021 she was awarded an Officer
in the Order of Australia for distinguished service to
the minerals and resources sector.
Jacqui is an experienced executive and non-
executive director with more than 30 years of
strategic and operational experience in large-
scale operations across a range of commodities.
Her 30-year executive career included large
scale resource operations and P&L
accountability. At BHP, Jacqui held chief
executive level positions at Mitsui Coal and
Olympic Dam Corporation, where she delivered
a successful turnaround of business performance.

Includes all mentoring sessions, coaching, networking events, and
fireside chats.
Payment plans are available upon request. If you are offered a
place in the program, a non-refundable $1,000 deposit is payable.
Need financial support? We offer two scholarship placements per
cohort. Please let us know on your expression of interest form if you
would like to be considered for a sponsored placement.
